The short version, written to be read

These terms cover buying and using the printable coloring books sold at hanicoloring.com. They are between you and Nitrotech, Inc., a Delaware corporation, publishing as HaniColoring.

What you buy

A licence to use the files, not the artwork itself. You may print any page as many times as you like, on any printer, for as long as you have the files. Print for your family, your classroom, your library, your waiting room, your care home. Give a printed page to anyone you like.

What you may not do

• Share, sell, or give away the PDF files themselves, or your download link.
• Upload the files anywhere others can get them.
• Sell the pages, coloured or uncoloured, or anything printed from them.
• Claim the artwork as yours, or resell it as part of another product.

The line is simple: the printed page is yours to use, the file is yours to keep. Passing the file on is the one thing that takes food off our table.

Your download link

It has no expiry date and we intend to keep it working. It is meant for you, so it stops working if it is used from an unusual number of places at once. If that happens, or if you lose it, ask for a new one at hanicoloring.com/downloads and we will send it.

Delivery, and the fourteen day rule

Your books are ready the moment you pay. If you are in the UK or the EU you would normally have fourteen days to change your mind about an online purchase, and downloadable files are an exception to that: by starting your download you ask us to deliver immediately and you give up the fourteen day right. You agree to this at checkout, before paying. What we do refund is a separate page and a more generous promise than the law requires.

Payment

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Prices are in US dollars, and any tax due is calculated and shown at checkout.

Your details

We keep your email address, what you bought, and a record of your downloads, because that is what lets us send you your files again when you ask. We do not sell it or pass it to anyone but the companies who take the payment and send the email. You go on our announcement list only if you tick the box at checkout, and every email we send has an unsubscribe link. Ask us and we will delete what we hold.

What we promise

That the files are what we say: forty drawings a book, one per page, in A4 and US Letter, ready to print. If they are not, that is a fault and we will fix or refund it. Beyond that we cannot promise a particular printer, paper or pen will give a particular result, and our liability is limited to what you paid us.
